WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:
New patient conversion - through incoming phone call
Advocate for the patient's need
Detailed insurance verification and insurance breakdowns and data entry
Manage insurance claims
Check on denials and unpaid claims
Proficient using dental software (OPEN DENTAL )

Full Time position with benefits (401k and Medical)
