Job Details About ACRU:
A neo-bistro with New York sensibility and global influences by NA:EUN Hospitality, which is behind some of New York and the worlds most renowned concepts including Atomix, Atoboy, and NARO.
Position Overview:
ACRU is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Servers with endless curiosity and love for the restaurant industry, to learn and grow with our restaurant. Our Servers will maintain the service standards and demonstrate exemplary hospitality and service to our guests. This is an ideal position for someone whose passion for food and beverage is matched by their deep commitment to guest service & hospitality.
This position reports to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager and Restaurant General Manager.
Server responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working in tandem with the entire front-of-house team to curate a memorable dining experience for all our guests.
- Opening and closing the dining room and establishing a good environment so the team is well-prepared to execute a successful service - ensuring all opening and closing side work checklists are completed.
- Work together with the kitchen team to conduct genuine and attentive service for our guests.
- Expected to be constantly growing, learning, and expanding their knowledge base.
Qualified Servers must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude, in addition to:
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Possess exceptional floor presence.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 10- 20lbs if necessary.
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant.
