Robertas is looking for energetic servers to join our team! Robertas opened in 2008 and helped pave the way for the boroughs food scene offering Internationally recognized Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas and most recently the addition of seasonal pastas and plates. Alongside our talented culinary team, we feature scratch cocktails in our bar, natural wine list and rotating seasonal beer taps.
Robertas is actively expanding and is looking for warm-friendly talent to join the family.

Qualifications:
- Commitment to hospitality - must possess people skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute service with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships. Guest recognition is critical to success.
- Contribute to a warm and exciting environment for all guests to enjoy.
- Stay current on all F&B offerings and service standards
- Demonstrate working knowledge of our wine and beverage program set
- Maintain a positive working relationship with others by promoting Healthy teamwork
- 2+ years of serving experience in a casual upscale restaurant
- Candidates must have a flexible schedule. Robertas is open for lunch and dinner service, 7 days a week.
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
