Job DetailsPicnic is the latest addition to the Defined Hospitality family - Suraya, Kalaya, Pizzeria Beddia, Condesa/El Techo and R&D Cocktail Bar.
The concept includes several elements beginning with a wine shop featuring primarily natural wines that you can purchase for dine in or take away. The wine shop is framed by the kitchen that features rotisserie chicken, a wood fired hearth and oyster bar.
The restaurant design is intended as an outside inside wine garden. The service style is informed wine and food knowledge with a casual approach so guests can enjoy their experience in a relaxing and upbeat environment.
Our team of hospitality professionals are highly energetic, creative, and welcoming. We are seeking like-minded candidates. Candidates should have prior experience working in a high-volume, culinary-driven, hospitality-focused setting, as well as a genuine love of people and community. -Experience in being a part of a culinary and hospitality driven restaurant
-Full time availability is a plus
