- Ensure equipment on lines is running efficiently.
- Lay out programs for maintenance PMs/Schedules and projects.
- Assist Mechanical and Electrical maintenance members on escalated issues.
- Ensure equipment in assigned areas runs effectively and efficiently.
- Design equipment tooling such as jigs and fixtures as needed.
- Write manufacturing and work instructions.
- Manage projects on the line for upgrades.
- Work with outside contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of robots, PLCs, or hydraulic/pneumatics.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Fanuc robots and PLCs.
- Working knowledge of industrial maintenance.
- Experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Experience with metals manufacturing (e.g., stamping, roll forming, welding).
