12 Months 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday Salary / Rate Range $20-25/hr Responsibilities / Tasks of the Role Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and staff
Manage incoming calls on a single line phone system
Handle visitor check in and maintain secure front desk environment
Process invoices through Ariba system, including purchase requisitions and goods receipts
Support general adminstrative tasks as needed Expected Role Challenges None Is the Position Onshore / Offshore Onshore Working Conditions - describe the physical environment / conditions the worker will be working in Office Are there any safety risks associated with the role? No What Training is provided to the worker? Some training provided on security system and Ariba if needed Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies) 2-5 years experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and writen communication skills
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies) Customer service oriented, flexible to fill in where needed in the business Technical Skills N/A Soft Skills N/A Tools or Software (Required / Preferred) MS Office Suite and Ariba is a plus
