Front-of-House Responsibilities:

• Master the Menu Be fully knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings.
• Guide Guests with Confidence Walk diners through the menu, answer questions, and accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
• Ensure a Seamless Experience Check in with guests about their meals and drinks, anticipating refreshes and additional requests.
• POS System Proficiency Accurately process orders, manage coursing and firing, and handle guest checks efficiently.
• Proactive Communication Keep managers informed about guest experiences to swiftly resolve any issues.
• Team Collaboration Foster clear, respectful communication with both front- and back-of-house staff.
• Stay Positive & Team-Oriented

Perks& Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $16.50 + tips
