Position Description

As a Custodian, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Perform indoor and outdoor janitorial duties.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean glass, mirrors, cubicles, conference rooms, and cafeterias.
• Stock bathroom supplies.
• Collect trash from bathrooms, common areas, cubicles, conference rooms, and cafeterias.
• Other duties as required.
• Drive company vehicles such as pick up trucks, small vans, and passenger vehicles.

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Speak and understand English.

• Must have a valid California driver's license.

• DMV check is required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Work well independently and as part of a team.

• Basic maintenance skills such as clearing drains and toilets.

Preferred

• Basic computer skills.
