Job DetailsNow Hiring: Floor Managers (Two Positions Available)
Were seeking three experienced Floor Managers to rotate between our hotels restaurant, rooftop bar, and cocktail bar . Each Floor Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial success, and fostering team development in a 5-star environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on hiring and training, running service, labor management, scheduling, direct expenses, and overall operational excellence. These positions have a start date of March 10th, 2025.
What Youll Do
- Lead Training & Development: Conduct engaging training programs, lead pre-shift meetings, and mentor FOH staff for growth and success.
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure flawless service execution, oversee VIP experiences, and analyze guest feedback to enhance operations.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage shift operations, optimize seating strategies, and maintain ambiance aligned with our brand.
- Foster Leadership & Team Culture: Build a positive, accountable, and professional team environment.
- Oversee Key Business Functions: Work closely with senior leadership on labor management, scheduling, direct expenses, and hiring initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations in hotels, restaurants, or luxury venues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences.
- Familiarity with the DC restaurant, bar, and nightlife scene is a plus.
- Hospitality degree preferred but not required.
