About Us:
Borgo is the newest addition to the Marlow Collective (Diner, Marlow & Sons, Romans, Achilles Heel) from restaurateur Andrew Tarlow. The groups first restaurant in Manhattan features an expansive formal dining room separated by a fireplace, an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and an ambitious beverage program curated by industry veterans. We are seeking gifted hospitality professionals to join our team.
Servers are paid at the tipped minimum wage plus tips. We are currently looking for full-time staff for lunch and dinner services.

While performing the duties of the job, it is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
