Broadway Plaza Hotel is looking for a FULL-TIME FRONT DESK AGENT. Shift is evenings from 3:30 PM-11:30 PM Monday and Thurs-Sun. Responsibilities include answering phones, making reservations, greeting and checking in hotel guests and overall efficient and friendly, customer service and other miscellaneous duties. Must be well groomed and neat in appearance. Must have good communication and customer service skills and be a team player. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word.

Once employed, employee will need to attend Fire Life and Safety Director courses and get licensed which the hotel pays for. No experience necessary but preferred. Bi lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
