Position Overview:

The Receptionist will oversee daily front desk responsibilities, ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external contacts, and support general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and service-driven Receptionist looking to join a fast-paced, corporate setting and grow within an established team.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Greet and assist visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and take messages as needed.
  • Manage front desk email and coordinate with team members for follow-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages and handle outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and reserving conference space.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate reorders when needed.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for guest access and building procedures.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:

  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a Receptionist or front office role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients and executives.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
