PM Concierge Lounge Attendant

The Chicago Marriott OHare Hotel is looking for a Full-time (PM) Concierge Lounge Attendant to join our team! Overview: The Concierge Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and positive customer service to our guests, while supporting the department/hotel needs to achieve the overall success of the operations. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Follow and ensure proper compliance with safety & sanitation procedures.
• Stock all food & beverage amenities.
• Monitor all food & beverage offerings while ensuring that all food is fresh and looks good.
• Recommend hotel amenities, local attractions, and any other local events that may be of interest to the guests.
• Follow proper personal hygiene procedures.
• Positive attitude while being a team player.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous positive customer service experience.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Work duties may include exerting 20 pounds or more of force frequently or constantly by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects.

Availability:

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
