Were looking for a Restaurant Manager with a background in high-volume service and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead the team at one of Northern Virginias most celebrated seafood restaurants.

Who Were Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated hospitality professional with: 12 years of restaurant management experience A collaborative and team-oriented leadership style A track record of providing memorable guest experiences Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills

Were seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role, brings positivity to the workplace, and is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.

About The Salt Line Ballston:

Opened in October 2021, The Salt Line Ballston has become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood. Building on the success of our original DC location across from Nationals Park, the Ballston outpost has earned praise from both critics and locals for its high standards, warm energy, and consistently excellent food and drink.
