Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
This role is crucial in managing guest relations and maintaining the flow of the restaurant, contributing significantly to the overall dining experience
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables
Manage reservations and waitlists
Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations or providing information as needed
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Help resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
