Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Servers, hosts/hostess, sommelier to join our front-of-house team. We are also looking for line cooks, please submit resume if you're interested in that position as well. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Spanish food and wine, thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and understands the importance of genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, informed, and attentive service to all guests
Guide guests through the wine list with confidence and enthusiasm
Explain dishes and ingredients with clarity and cultural context
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service/host stations
Uphold the standards of service and hospitality that define our brand
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong working knowledge of wineespecially Spanish varietals and regions
Familiarity with traditional Spanish cuisine and ingredients
Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mentality
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred:
Experience working in a wine bar or tapas-focused restaurant
Basic Spanish language skills or interest in learning
