Motel Maintenance Technician

Location: Shanico Inn & Cascade City Center Motel Lebanon, OR
Compensation: Based on experience

Were looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician who can do it allfrom building repairs and plumbing to flooring, carpet, painting, and more. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work helps keep our property in top shape for guests and staff.

Duties Include:

General building repairs (doors, windows, walls, fixtures, etc.)
Light plumbing and electrical work
Flooring repairs and carpet installation/removal
Painting, patching, and drywall
Appliance troubleshooting and repair
Preventative maintenance and regular upkeep
Groundskeeping and exterior maintenance (trash, walkways, landscaping)
Responding quickly to guest or staff maintenance needs

Who Were Looking For:

Jack-of-all-trades with experience in repairs, handyman work, or construction
Able to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Must have basic tools (we provide additional equipment if needed)
Valid drivers license and transportation a plus
Must be available for occasional after-hours or weekend emergencies
