We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to elevate our guests' dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive wine knowledge, exceptional service skills, and a keen ability to guide guests through our wine list.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with wine and beverage selections.
- Manage wine inventory, ordering, and cellar maintenance.
- Conduct staff training on wine knowledge and service.
- Ensure proper wine storage and handling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining setting.
- Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sommelier certification preferred.
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $800
