Youll work closely with servers and the culinary team to ensure tables are impeccably clean, service runs smoothly, and guests feel well cared for throughout their visit. • Promptly clear, reset, and prepare tables to fine dining standards

• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and supporting service needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations

• Polish glassware, silverware, and utensils to meet presentation standards

• Communicate efficiently with servers and hosts to coordinate table flow

• Support the overall rhythm of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

• Remove used dishes and glassware discreetly and with professionalism

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hospitality guidelines

• Assist with closing side work, restocking, and room readiness

• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a guest-first attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (68 hours)

• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport trays or equipment up to 40 lbs

• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing stairs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
