Building Maintenance Technician

General Purpose:

This position is responsible for performing maintenance on plant structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Timely completion of Building Maintenance Work Orders.

Complete timely and accurate repairs.

Maintain Grounds.

Ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning.

Maintain Grounds Equipment.

Perform root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Verifiable building and grounds maintenance experience, residential wiring, concrete/tile work, minor automotive repair, plumbing, painting, and construction experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have strong mechanical / construction skills.
