Groundskeeper Needed at Green Hills Apartment Community

Groundskeeper needed at Royal Arms Apartment community in the Green Hills. This is a full-time position with hours of Monday thru Friday, 8-5. The ideal candidate will be a team player with focus on customer service, self motivated and ability to work with little supervision. Experience not required. Must have valid Driver's License. Background check required.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

*Keeping grounds, sidewalks, breezeways, dumpster areas free of trash and debris on a daily basis
*Pressure washing breezeways, stairways, landings, and sidewalks as needed
*Replacing outdoor lights as needed
*Delivering resident correspondence as needed
*Watering of trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed
*Emptying trash in office, common areas, pool, fitness center, and laundry room daily
*Other tasks as needed to assist Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
