**Position Description:**
Employees in this classification are responsible for the performance of manual work involving the cleaning and care of buildings. Work is performed under supervision according to established procedures and methods, and is checked frequently and evaluated for the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

+ Cleaning is done according to standards set by the department.
+ Proper methods and procedures should be followed at all times in all areas with consistent accuracy.
+ Promotes and practices safety in the workplace. Uses and cares for equipment safely.
+ Work includes emergency cleanup of rooms.
+ Reports needed repairs and property damage.
+ Cleans Restrooms.
+ Vacuums, Sweep and Mop.
+ Trash Collection and disposes of trash.
+ Dust, and clean services including doors, elevators, drinking fountains, mirrors, glass, etc.
+ Refill consumable products and dispensers, such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the custodial supply areas.
+ Provides event support.
