Located steps from Bryant Park in the heart of New York City, HARTA, BAR HARTA WINE TERRACE, BAR CIMA, and TACALLE are immersive escapes within The Grayson Hotel that come together to create an approachable and elegant atmosphere offering both indoor and outdoor experiences. Our menus feature dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients and flavors spanning the Western Mediterranean and beyond. Bar HARTA, a second-floor, al fresco wine terrace, was inspired by the convivial wine culture of the Western Mediterranean - Spain, France, Italy - with over a dozen wines on tap and a menu of sparkling cocktails for easy, spring and summer sipping! On the rooftop, BAR CIMA welcomes guests into an intimate lounge with elevated cocktail service and breathtaking views of New York City's Empire State Building. From tacos and street snacks to Cervezas and Margaritas, Tacalle's food truck serves a taste of Mexico City in our taco garden or take your order to-go!

- PM Rooftop Bartenders - $16.50/hr. minimum wage plus tips
- PM Rooftop Cocktail Servers - $16.50/hr. minimum wage plus tips

HARTA (Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Daily)
- AM / PM Server - $16.50/hr. minimum wage plus tips
- AM / PM Host - $18.00 - $22.00/hr. plus tips, compensation based on experience
- AM / PM Runners - $16.50/hr. minimum wage plus tips

TACALLE (Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM)
Food Truck Associate - $16.50/hr. minimum wage plus tips

EVENT STAFF - $35.00/hr. plus tips
