Spa Attendant / Front Desk Receptionist

About Us:
Bamboo Spa is a peaceful, massage-focused sanctuary located upstairs on Union Street. We specialize in wellness and therapeutic massage in a quiet, slow-paced setting. Our team values professionalism, positive energy, and a warm guest experience.

This position is ideal for students or individuals who enjoy wellness, are self-motivated, and can stay engaged with light supervision.

Your Role:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience

Answer questions about services and assist clients in selecting the best options

Book appointments in person or over the phone

Maintain a calm, tidy, and serene environment throughout the spa

Support massage therapists with room turnovers (cleaning, sanitizing, laundry)

Keep all common areas clean, stocked, and organized

Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude with both guests and team members

What Were Looking For:

A people person whos kind, helpful, and professional

Fast learner who enjoys wellness and customer care

Tech-savvy and able to work comfortably with scheduling software

Calm and confident in a slower-paced environment

Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with cleaning and upkeep tasks

Able to work Fridays through Mondays, 10 am7 pm
