Mamajuana Cafe Philly is looking for an experienced and dynamic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless dining experience
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
