Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini , his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025 . Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk cafe.

Borromini is in search of Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.

Desired candidates will have:

• 3 + years of experience as bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality

• A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails

• A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests

• Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry.

• Professional, polished, and personable demean or

• Responsibly serving alcohol and accurate cash handling are a must

• A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team.

• Previous experience with Italian cuisine and wine is a plus!
