Sassafras is looking to add to its small, dedicated team of bartenders.

We are currently interviewing for a part-time bartender.

We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate a wide breadth of cocktail knowledge both classic, and contemporary, along with a strong working knowledge of spirits.

The successful candidate must have at least two years in a fast paced cocktail environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate both speed and efficiency in terms of technique, while still being precise in measurements and true to builds.

Attention to detail is a must. We place a premium on consistency, and as such the ability to follow recipes and builds is essential. Multi-tasking, and the ability to think under pressure are required.

Strong communication skills are essential. You must be able to work as part of a small team, and on occasion solo.

While experience with the TOAST platform is preferred, it is not required.

Candidate must be RAMP trained, and SERVSAFE certified.

Finally, creativity is encouraged via R&D sessions.

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
