DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All Paradies Lagardere positions, including the Busser, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous,

restaurant guests as well as be accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers.
The following are intended as basic requirements. Success will come to the individual who can expand upon these job
requirements and truly provide a memorable experience. These requirements/functions may change throughout their
employment.

- Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.
- Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip
resistant shoes.
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware,
serving water, etc.
- Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave, using approved methods and chemicals. Take
dishware and glassware, etc. to appropriate areas for sorting and washing.
- Assist Server(s) and Bartender(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages (where
allowed), breads, etc.
- Support Food Runners, Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and Expeditors when needed.
- Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct cleaning
chemicals, for designated items, and company provided personal protective equipment according to OSHA
regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
- Be compliant with all local, state, federal laws and regulation including those relating to food safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
