Job Details Scarsdale Golf Club is seeking a Maitre 'D to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in the success of the restaurant and will be responsible for assisting the Management Team in seating the dining room. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to help provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Desired candidates will have:

• A true passion for hosting -- helping to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected
• 2 years experience in a leadership role or as a Maitre 'D is highly preferred
• A genuine nature; able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests and diffuse difficult situations
• Integrity and the ability to make decisions on your feet
• The ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($28.00 - $30.00)
