California Fine Wine Specialist- Kobrand Portfolio

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow and foster professional relationships with AAA accounts in assigned region . Support and achieve sales goals and incentives. Goals may include new placements, cases , and revenue
• Work with the On-Premise Sales team to drive volume o f the fine wine portfolios within Kobrand
• Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars , and special events
• Develop and continue to build relationships with Regal Wine Company and accounts
• Construct unique wine presentations that embrace Regal Wine Co . and Kobrand standards, programs and initiatives and elevate trade credibility
• Drive new business to gain market share through new account s and points of distribution
• Prioritize and preplan daily for each account to maximize efficiency and region growth
• Ability to make sales presentations using wine knowledge, ROI, margins and pour costs
• Communicate pertinent information between management, accounts , and sales rep resentatives
• Ability to effectively present one-on-one or in a group setting
• Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to change quickly
• Other duties may be assigned by Regal VP

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of wine sales experience required
• High level of w ine k nowledge . Certifications a plus
• Available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends for special events
• Ability to travel within California up to 6x per year, out of the territory, for education and training
• Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist , and lift repetitively
• Must possess a current drivers license; maintain current auto insurance and a clean driving record

WAGE TRANSPARENCY :

The annual salary for this role ranges from $ 87 ,000-$1 3 0,000. Compensation will be determined by the candidate s experience, skills, and location.

In addition to the salary, Fine Wine Specialist are eligible for a discretionary bonus, $500 a month auto allowance, gas card for business, company issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), expense account and other sales incentives.
