Mixologist - Bartender

Junior Restaurant & Lounge is looking to grow their team by adding a motivated and enthusiastic Mixologist. We are a lunch and dinner restaurant & lounge in Roseville that offers delicious cuisine. Our professional Mixologists are dedicated to crafting delicious drinks with a flare while providing an excellent guest drinking experience for all!

Welcomes all guests.
Mixing and crafting cocktails with delicious seasonal ingredients for that perfect elixir
Assess guests needs and preferences and makes recommendations based on their menu choices.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience for all patrons
Salary: $17 - $20 per hour + tips

Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years bartending with craft cocktail experience in a high-volume restaurant
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
High School Diploma/ GED required
21+ years of age
Proper lifting techniques & ability to lift up to 25lbs
Weekend days/nights and holiday availability required.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Valid Driver's License
Strong beer and spirits knowledge
Advanced experience with POS systems such as TOAST
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Sanitation and safety
Must have Safe Serve & Alcohol Awareness Certifcations
Ability to frequently lift and carry food, beverages, and other items greater than 25 pounds
Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.
