Receptionist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and energetic receptionist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in managing front desk operations and providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external visitors. Responsibilities Cover the reception desk and answer emails. Scan and meter mail while maintaining a tidy environment. Stock kitchenettes, print rooms, and conference rooms, focusing on facility care. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors. Manage front of house services and direct incoming queries appropriately. Plan and assist with physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment. Maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings as well as event calendars. Support other facilities team services. Essential Skills Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude. Ability to work effectively with team members and act as an ambassador of the team. Detail-oriented and organized. PC literate with proven ability to manage daily activities using various platforms. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of experience in reception, concierge, or a related field. Catering or hospitality experience preferred. Work Environment The position requires in-office presence every day. The role involves a dynamic and interactive work environment, focusing on customer service and facility care. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
