Front Desk Associate**

**Country Inn & Suites -- Port Clinton, OH**

At Country Inn & Suites, we're looking for a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a **Front Desk Associate**. This is a **part-time, year-round** position with a starting wage of **$14/hour**, with opportunities to work **1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift** as scheduled **Sunday through Saturday**.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring every stay is a positive experience. We're seeking someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**We're looking for someone who:**

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and fellow team members.

- Is organized with a sharp attention to detail.

- Is comfortable using reservation software and basic computer applications.

- Can multitask and remain calm under pressure.

- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.

- Brings a positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

- Has a basic understanding of cleaning and laundry procedures and is willing to assist when needed.

- Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Has previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
