The Crew Travel Coordinator will handle flight crew travel which places the pilots into position to operate our fights. The Crew Travel Coordinator will process commercial travel airlines tickets, document all tickets, build monthly schedules for catering, hotels and ground transportation and update those schedules as pairings change. The Crew Travel Coordinator will work closely with each vendor maintaining good working relationships to ensure effectiveness of contracts are in place.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Moderate knowledge of travel ticketing programs
3-4 Years' office experience
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 Years' of Crew Travel/Scheduling experience
Moderate knowledge of Flight Crew Scheduling programs
Experience using SabreRed 360
