At Smoque BBQ, were not a full-service restaurant. Guests order at the counter or online, then pick up their food when its ready inside or curbside. But just because theres no table service doesnt mean service isnt the star of the show.

Our Front of House team is the face of the business. Youre the first person guests interact with, and the one they remember. Were looking for outgoing, upbeat, people-first team members who know how to make someone feel taken care of quickly, kindly, and confidently even when its busy.

Were hiring part-time and full-time staff who are dependable, adaptable, and ready to jump into different roles depending on the shift. If youve got hustle, personality, and pride in doing it right, well train you.

Youll be cross-trained in a variety of tasks, including:

• Traffic Greeter / Food Runner Greet curbside guests with a smile, get their info, and bring out food

• Cashier Take dine-in or phone orders, walk guests through the menu, and answer questions with confidence

• Host Greet and seat guests, check in during their meal, answer questions, and support the team

• Busser Keep tables and guest areas clean, restocked, and ready for the next party

• Bag Assist Help finish and hand off takeout orders, assist Expo, and jump in wherever needed

• Expo Pack and check orders with accuracy and a sense of urgency before handoff

And yes theres sidework during slower times. Youll help restock, clean, and keep the flow smooth.

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests

• Available between 10am10pm , Tuesday through Sunday

• Weekend availability required thats when were busiest

• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

• Fluent English required

• Food Handler Certification is a plus (and required after hire)

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
