About The Role:
We are seeking Bar Attendants to join our team who are interested in learning and improving their skills further. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant and bars.
What You Will Do
Responsible for setting the bars for service and maintaining bar stock pars during service at pre-determined levels
Checks in, receives, validates, and puts away all liquor room deliveries
Prepares bars' morning pull based on nightly provided picklists by the pre-determined time
Delivers pick listed items to the bars
Sets up the bars for service by stocking all necessary wine, liquor, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, ingredients, garnishes, supplies, etc.
Facilitates delivery of any needed items to the bars during service.
Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
About You:
1+ year of experience as a bar attendant, barback or runner
Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for food and hospitality
Experience serving both beverage and food
Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands.
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
Climbing steps regularly. Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success.
Compensation range: $25 per hour
