SUMMARY: Our purpose is to provide a fun, friendly and hospitable experience for all our guests. Utilizing the latest QR Code and Handheld service technologies, our Hospitality Specialists deliver the most unique and engaging eating and drinking adventure in the North State. We're seeking Champions of Hospitality who thrive in the moment and strive to entertain and indulge our patrons in all phases of their guest experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ASSIGNED:

Welcome and direct our Guests as they arrive

Provide guidance and support to Guests with TOAST QR Code ordering platform

Provide cocktail service to Guests with TOAST Handheld POS

Inspect and Test currency to avoid accepting counterfeit bills

Host the Guest Experience with thoughtful and personal table management

Accept and post payments with special attention paid to accurately transacting Tier Resort Benefit Card discounts for our Players.

Promote venue specials, promotions and events

Assist with expediting food and drink orders

Enhance the Guest Experience with thoughtful recommendations and insight

Ensure our Guests enjoy a comfortable, clean and FUN! environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to multi-task and have knowledge of beer, wine and liquor. They will need to able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge and/or ability required. Must pass initial drug screening, background investigation, random drug tests and credit check. Applicant must obtain training in food safety and responsible beverage service of the Casino's choosing.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and response to questions from managers, customers, and the general public effectively and courteously.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems, which may involve several concrete variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The individual is also regularly required to bend; stand; walk; sit; and use hand/eye coordination. The Individual must be able to lift at least 30 pounds. The individual may be required to stand for up to 8 hours. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. When on the Casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly keep customer satisfaction as their first priority. The Casino is a smoking environment, and the team member must be able to work in a smoke-filled atmosphere.
