Custodial Technician

We are seeking an experienced custodian operator to work in our shop. Great place to work and a great team of people to work with.

Clean all upstairs/downstairs offices daily including emptying trash.
Clean all four bathrooms, including keeping bathrooms stocked w/toilet paper, paper towels.
Break down cardboard boxes & put them into an appropriate dumpster.
Sweep and mop all uncarpeted offices & front shop area where (mopping on rotation right now) and vacuum upstairs offices.
Sweep & upkeep of entire shop from the East Bay door to the west bay door.
Pick up debris on the outside grounds & clean up additional areas upon request.
Periodically, clean refrigerators, disposing of rotten food.
Periodically, clean off railings.
Dusts furniture, walls, equipment
Manages inventory of cleaning supplies
Cleans windows and blinds

Experience
One year experience cleaning in manufacturing environment
High School diploma or the equivalent

Qualifications
Ability to follow directions.
Interpersonal relations and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing maintenance tasks.
Possess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work.
Familiar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies.
