Job Details Seeking a Skilled, Hospitality-Focused Bartender for DAYTIME SHIFTS***
Bustling top-rated restaurant with an extensive wine list and progressive cocktail program seeks a skilled, experienced, fast, hardworking, and personable bartender/Server. Sunday/Monday availability is a must. Beyond a top-notch work ethic and team attitude, your primary desire should be to work in a hospitality-driven atmosphere with high quality service and product.
The ideal candidate should have a natural sense of hospitality, a genuine interest in and understanding of food, wine, beer, amari, classic and innovative cocktails and spirits, and a desire to create seasonal, ingredient-focused, and food-friendly cocktails while being equally at home in a section on the dining room floor.
This position requires ability to follow direction, build rapport with guests and regulars, and capability to engage guests while also working quickly, cleanly, and in a detail-oriented manner under pressure. Mixology skills as well as existing knowledge of Italian food and wine are highly valuable in this role, but strong customer focus and teamwork are the primary requirements of this position. Flexibility to cross-train and work occasionally on the floor will afford the opportunity of a more full-time schedule.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of bartending experience.

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00) plus tips
