Hostess

About Us:
At Hickory Tavern Ballantyne, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We are looking for a friendly and professional Daytime Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team and be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our seating system
• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders or inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Support front-of-house team with light duties as needed

Schedule:

• Day shifts (approx. 10:00 AM 4:00 PM)
• Must have weekend availability
