WANTED Saturday Night Barback for Busy Established East Village Bars

shifts are from 7-close

Must have 2 YEARS BARBACK experience having bar backed in a nightclub/bar in the past 5 years

Must be fluent in English

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-anticipating the needs of bartenders and restocking juices/fruit/liqour/napkins, etc before being asked to
-collecting dirty glasses and washing them in an expedient manner
-bussing the bar
-taking out trash at end of night
-cutting fruit
-jucing citrus
-wiping down surfaces throughout the night
-collecting empty beer bottles and organizing in empty beer boxes
-assisting bartenders/managers throughout shift
