We are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming and professional environment, handling the reception area operations with efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication across our organization.

• This is an onsite position located at our North American Headquarters in Irving, TX
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Bilingual a plus but not required

• Keep the Inbox in Check: Respond to general email inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and promptness.

• Front Desk Perfection: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Manage the visitor log and guest badges to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Security Starts Here: Follow all guest sign-in procedures with accuracy and care, keeping our workplace safe and secure.
• Seamless Entry Point: Monitor the doorbell console to manage visitor and delivery flow with ease and efficiency.
• Self-Starter with Discretion: Proven ability to work independently, interact confidently across all levels of leadership, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Sharp & Strategic Communicator: Strong analytical thinker with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skillsable to connect the dots, communicate clearly, and stay one step ahead.
• Catering Support with Style: Coordinate catering for meetings and events, making sure every detail is handled for a smooth, elevated experience.
• Team Player Energy: Jump in where needed with a positive, flexible attitudeno two days are exactly the same, and youll help keep things running effortlessly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of reception & customer service experience required
• Experience working within the hospitality industry highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Data entry & Canva experience a plus
• This is an onsite position located in the Irving/Las Colinas area.
• This is a non-exempt/hourly pay position working 40 hours per week 7:50am-5pm
