Job DetailsFrom the owners of Dame and Lord's, Crevette is a large European seafood restaurant on a beautiful West Village corner. We draw inspiration from the cuisines of the South of France and Spain. We strive to provide friendly, attentive service despite the high volume.
Our servers are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, upholding cleanliness of the dining room, taking food and beverage orders from guests, maintaining food and beverage knowledge, running food and drinks, bussing and resetting tables, putting away inventory, and assisting elsewhere in the dining room as needed. Our servers report to the Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Owners and the Chef de Cuisine. The ideal candidate has Manhattan serving experience at restaurants of similar caliber.
We pride ourselves on maintaining good workplace cultures, displaying great hospitality to our guests and colleagues, cooking delicious food, and serving delicious cocktails -- we expect our team to maintain and improve all elements of the restaurant.
Our other restaurants, Dame and Lord's, have garnered local, national and international press attention and awards, including New York Times reviews, James Beard nominations, Food & Wine Best New Chef, Eater Best New Restaurant -- but most importantly are beloved by our peers and industry. The expectations for Crevette are very high, so we are looking for candidates who are excited by this and looking to overdeliver.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
