Job DetailsWe invite you to come work directly with Michelin-Starred Chef Andrew Zimmerman (SEPIA) at PROXI. Learn how he uses a broad array of ingredients and techniques to create a menu inspired by street food from around the world. PROXIs kitchen is centered on its open wood-fire grill and coal-fire Josper oven (one of only a handful in Chicago). This position is ideal for a candidate looking to gain a diverse skill set, or level up with learning a few unique styles of cookery. All positions from Garde Manger to Grill are open to the right candidate.
Paid stage and sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
