About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Admin Support professional to join our Augusta-based team on a part-time basis. This role is vital to creating a smooth, welcoming, and clinically supportive experience for our patients. Youll work directly with our clinical and administrative teams to handle patient intake, scheduling, and basic clinical prep work. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is an in-person role in Augusta with approximately 20 hours per week and potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

+ Schedule new and returning patients for outpatient appointments

+ Check in patients and ensure intake paperwork is complete and accurate

+ Take vitals (blood pressure, weight) as needed during patient check-in

+ Call referral sources to coordinate and schedule referred patients

+ Maintain and update scheduling systems and patient charts in the EHR

+ Provide general administrative support to clinical and office staff

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree required

+ 1+ year of experience in a medical office or outpatient clinical setting preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Comfortable taking vitals and interacting with patients

+ Proficient with Google Workspace and electronic health record (EHR) systems

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Must be available to work in-person at our Augusta, GA office
