Job Description

As a Receptionist/Assistant at Trucordia, you'll be the face and voice of our office - creating a warm, professional first impression for every client interaction. You'll manage incoming calls, support daily operations, and help ensure our office runs smoothly. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay one step ahead will help keep our team moving forward.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries - delivering a welcoming and solution-oriented experience every time.
  • Understand each client's business and how it connects to Trucordia's mission, offering thoughtful and informed support.
  • Greet all visitors with professionalism and warmth, representing the face and values of the company.
  • Oversee essential office functions to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Screen and route incoming calls with discretion and accuracy.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to create positive client interactions.
  • Friendly, attentive, and responsive to client needs - always aiming to go above and beyond.
  • Active listener with strong verbal communication skills and professional tone.
  • Courteous, diplomatic, and respectful in all interactions - with clients, teammates, and leadership.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a clear and polished style.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive mindset and consistently positive attitude.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient, well-run office environment.
  • Able to work independently, stay focused in a fast-paced setting, and eager to grow within a company that values initiative and impact.
