Role Summary:

A key process of the KC campus is the on-going high-volume coordination and communication of on-site tenant visitors and meetings. Our tenant relations support Receptionist will greet and direct all visitors, direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties and coordinate access.

This position will be based out of our Kansas City office.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

How You Will Make an Impacts:

  • Provide direction to visitors with respect to assigned tenant floors and inquire as to any special assistance required.
  • Greet, direct and assist all tenants and their guests to meetings.
  • Develop & lead all aspects of front desk activity, scheduling, and all other related tasks.
  • Monitor and observe activity and report any suspicious behaviors to the Physical Security control center.
  • Enter tenant related activity on the SharePoint calendar.
  • Enter tenant-related work order requests into work order system.
  • Provide backup assistance to members of the tenant relations team

  • Interpersonal skills demonstrates maturity, builds constructive and effective relationships, is diplomatic and uses tact
  • Highly motivated and adaptable
  • Detail oriented - accuracy and attention to details a must
  • Ability to communicate clearly and optimally, both verbally and in written form
  • Able to work independently and is a reliable and supportive contributor to the teams success
  • Able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner

Additional Assets (Preferred):

  • High School diploma/GED required, bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Language skills: familiarity with foreign cultures is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrate a proven understanding of Microsoft Products.
  • Proficient in Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • This is a Part-Time position.
  • Notification to cover shift could be short based on filling in, due to unplanned absences
