Base pay before tip : $15.95/Hr. Average pay after daily tip : $25-$30/Hr.

Job Description: Steeplejack Brewing - Pizza and Beer is looking for strong, passionate, dedicated line cooks to be a part of a brand new kitchen. Get in on the ground floor and be a part of something special.

1+ years experience in the kitchen, solid knife skills, and willingness to learn is a must. We will be focusing on producing a high level product using high quality ingredients

Cleanliness, sense of urgency, passion for food and attention to detail is incredibly important. Our staff is small, FOH and BOH work very closely together. If you enjoy Pizza and Beer you will enjoy working with Steeplejack!!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ability to follow recipes

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Laws

Follow all food handling regulations and guidelines

Maintaining our core values while representing the Steeplejack brand

Sense of urgency

Ability and willingness to work multiple roles within the team model

Being punctual and adhering to all attendance policies

Contribute to a work environment that values positivity, mutual respect, integrity, andpassion

Up to date Oregon Food Handlers certificate

Willingness to be cross trained in multiple areas in order to support other staff while on shift

Knowledge of processes for creating soup, sauces, and dressings

Properly storing, date stamping, and cleaning of all produce, proteins, and dry storage
