A la Mode Pies, voted Seattle's "Best Pie Shop" since 2011, is looking to add a part-time server/front counter person to our Ballard location. With two busy neighborhood cafes (and moreing!), A la Mode Pies is experiencing rapid growth, so employees have the flexibility to grow and learn new skills while working alongside a group of people who love what they do.

We are looking for 1-2 shifts weekly, and weekend shift availability is required. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred. The ideal candidate adores pie and chatting with customers, thrives working alone, demonstrates strongmunication skills and excellent customer service, solves problems quickly, keeps calm under pressure, and possesses a contagiously positive attitude.

All staff receive a portion of daily tips (Base: $20.76 + additional $5+ per hour in tips), a flexible schedule, and plenty of free pie. Advancement opportunities are available for demonstrated leaders who desire more responsibility.
