Windy City Pie located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood is on the search for a new team member! We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, high volume experience, and ability to multitask all while being able to sell our unique,plex pies with a smile. About us:

Windy City Pie is a Chicago-style pan deep-dish and tavern-style pizza restaurant. In fact, we are featured in multiple best-of lists within the Seattlemunity that we are pretty proud of! We make most of our items from scratch (dough, house-ground sausage, house-pickled veggies, shrubs, etc) and are always working to provide impeccable service and quality. Started from humble beginnings, slinging pizza out of a condo and meeting people on a street corner, we've grown into a popular, well-regarded, full-service restaurant in Phinney Ridge. We have very low turnover and are looking to continue to foster a team that takes care of its own.

Job Qualifications:

Good knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine

Reasonable experience and speed in mixing cocktails, serving wine, pouring beer

Willing to learn/cross-train on all aspects of the restaurant

Friendly, outgoing personality with strongmunication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual

Passion for your job, good work ethic

Previous service experience

Previous bartending experience

MAST and food handler's permits

Weekend availability is a must

Good, eclectic taste in music and a dry sense of humor also a plus.

Compensation:

Pay starts at $20.76/hr base + a sales (similar to our previous tip pooled model) which result in an effective hourly of $32+/hr. Your growth as a team member and ability to adapt to new roles will be the primary basis for increasedpensation and promotions. We always take care of our family and promote from within! When you're kicking ass, we will make sure you'repensated for it.

After 60 days, employees working 33+ hours/week be eligible forpany sponsored health care with 75% of your premium covered by us.

You also get a lot of pizza.
